At the time of placing your order you will be issued with a Deposit Protection Certificate. this document will protect your deposit, prior to the commencement of the contract for upto 25% of the contract value. subject to the terms and conditions of the certificate.

Once your contract has been completetd to your satisfaction and you have paid ourselves the balance in full, you my apply to IWA for Guarantee Insurance. Once processed your Guarantee will then be insured for a period of upto 10 years and is underwritten by FSA authorised insurers. subject to terms and conditions of the certificate.
